Under the Weeping Willow

Kay Lewis was born on Thanksgiving Day 1975 in Richmond, Virginia, and was raised by her mother and grandfather until the age of 13. In September 1989, together with her mother and younger sister, their family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina

 

There she attended Alexander Graham Middle School and then went on to graduate from Myers Park High School in 1994. Lewis enlisted in the United States Air Force in June of 1994 where she served until October of 1997 at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, Georgia. Currently Lewis lives in North Carolina where she is a mother of two young men who attend universities there.
